Join us for an informative luncheon focused on the future of air travel and transportation in Utah. Representatives from Salt Lake City International Airport will provide updates on current airport developments, upcoming projects, and important TSA-related changes that impact travelers and the business travel community.

We will also explore the future of mobility with a presentation from 47G on Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) and emerging aircraft technologies. Electric and next-generation aircraft have the potential to transform how people travel throughout Utah by expanding transportation options, reducing congestion, and improving regional connectivity. Learn how 47G is helping drive innovation in this space and what these advancements could mean for the future of passenger transportation across the state.

Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable insights into both the current and future landscape of air travel in Utah.

Know Before You Go

We’re excited to welcome you on Sept. 10, 2026, at Salt Lake City International Airport!

To help make your arrival smooth, here’s what you need to know before you go:

Parking:

Please park in the covered self-parking garage on levels 2 through 5. Remember to bring your parking ticket inside and present it at the front desk to receive your validation.

Validation will only be provided with the physical parking ticket, so make sure to bring it with you.

Entrance & Check-In:

The entrance to the airport from the parking garage is located on Level 2.

Once inside the airport, take the elevators or escalators up to Level 3, where the main airline check-in desks are located.
